We accept hard copy and facsimiles. Alternatively, disks can be couriered, or documents uploaded to our Web site, allowing us to make all of the corrections for you, saving the time normally spent manually entering the changes yourself.

We understand that you're in a hurry—that's why our clients pre-book proofing times so that we can clear the decks and return the files with no muss, no fuss and no mistakes.

We don't read every word—we read every letter.

We base our fees on time—how long it takes to proofread your document. If your work has only a few errors, we can process it much more quickly than a project containing many mistakes.

The following is a general guideline:

For 8½" x 11" pages with 12-point type, we complete roughly four to six pages per hour.

If you select our e-proof service, the document will be returned with the corrections already made for you.

If you choose the traditional manual service (i.e. noting all corrections and suggestions on .pdf files, or on hard copy sent via facsimile or courier), it will then be up to you to implement the changes.

A 50% premium will be applied to evening and weekend work.
